Hello, I'm new here!

I just attended a seminar last night on both the gastric bypass and the lap-band. I've decided to go with the lap-band. I'd appreciate any input from others who have had the lap-band done. Do you lose weight even quicker if you up your exercise? Has anyone had to have plastic surgery after they were done losing all the weight or did you exercise enough that your skin tightened back up? Is the post surgery diet easy to follow? Did you feel hungry the first few weeks after the surgery? Hope to get some answers. I'm still a little nervous about the whole thing. Thanks.:clap2:

Thank you for the info. That helps a lot. I have my appointment with the surgeon on May 31st already. I can't believe how quick it's moving.icon7.gif
