Hang in there, things will get better. I had RNY surgery 19 months ago and it was difficult at the beginning. It took me 6 months to get to my happy state.

LindaGsjourney, I was sleeved 12/17. I'm struggling to get enough of everything in. It's like there's not enough room! Hopefully the feeling of being cold now, the cranky, out-of-sorts feelings, gas and all will pass soon. I wish I could find a variety pack protein sampler, though! Sigh! Rant over . . . for now.

My nutritionist said not to worry if you can't get it all in. It's something to shoot for but it takes time. It shouldn't be uncomfortable.

In the beginning just 2 tblsp of liquid per hour is all I could do.
