Woo Hoo!! I'm so excited!!! I scheduled my surgery this morning!! I started my pre-op diet last Wednesday (16th) and I'm already down 12 lbs!! I can't weight!!! (oops. . totally didn't mean to spell it that way, but funny that I did, so I'm leaving it!!)

The pre-op diet has been pretty easy so far!! I was very nervous, but talking about being nervous really helped!!! I am even more pumped about it since I saw the 12 lbs weight loss this morning!! Woo! Hoo!!

I am so happy for you. I know just getting the surgery scheduled was the hardest part. I am 3 days post surgery and doing great. I did not find out about this site until after my surgery. I think this is a great place to get a lot of great information and encouragement. Look forward to following your progress.
