4 months post op and...

I got my first ever BFP on two home pregnancy tests!! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. What do I do now? My doctors office is closed until Monday. I'm freaking out a little bit here. I'm superstitious so I don't want to tell anyone, because I don't want any congratulations yet. Do I look for a walk in clinic that can do pregnancy tests? I don't want to wait until Monday if I don't have to. Again, freaking out a little. Thanks for your advice!

I'm sorry, no advice - just a hearty congratulations and a wish for things to work out for you!

Do you know how far along you might be?

Congratulations. I don't know if it's necessary to go to a walk-in for that unless you just REALLY need to know right now...remember it's cold/flu season and guess where all the sick people like to go! I would stay away from the "sick station" if at all possible!

Trust the home pregnancy test! I work in a medical laboratory for a hospital & we use the same tests you can buy in a store. Just make an apt with your ob-gyn for your first ultrasound, no need to pay for an office visit just to test!

Thanks all! I called an ob, and he had a cancellation, so I was able to get in for a blood test. And yeah, it appears that i really am pregnant ????????

My first ultrasound is the Monday after Christmas. I am incredibly excited and nervous!!

I am here to say congrats and yes, VSG finally gave my husband and I a positive test today after 17 years of trying. Im only 8 months out so I do have concerns but no fears! Please spread the word....IT WORKS for PCOS!!
