Iron supplement.. ????

Omg, the iron! Ugh my poor stomach. I can't bring myself to take the 3 tablets a day. 2 is my max! It makes me queasy and icky and constipated. How is everyone else handling the iron? I'm ok with all the other supplements so far.

Ditto to the above reply. Have been on iron for 10 days and have had stomach irritability and terrible constipation whether I take it with a meal or not. I guess I will have to learn to live with this one. Any other med goes down well and is tolerated. Anyone have any suggestions?

I got the chewable ones from celebrate. It only requires me to take one a day and it's the best tasting one.

That's great only one a day, does that help with stomach irritation?

It doesn't bother me at all.
