Weird gurgling

I was just banded on 05/17. I felt great, until last night when I started to feel like my entire body cavity was filled with air. Today is even worse, is this normal and does it go away?:phanvan

I had the very same thing. It may have gone on to some degree for about 2 days. I figured it was just my body adjusting to everything.

It's probably the gas they pumped you up with for surgery. It will eventually leave your system. Try to walk around as much as you can tolerate and dont be lady like.....let er rip.

I agree with Maudiespam. Sounds like the air in your system from the surgery. It will go away in a few days. WALK WALK WALK! Also, I found the meltable GAS X thin strips to be very helpful.

Like was already said, walking and gas-x are your best defense against those gassy feelings. It should dissipate within a few days. If not, call your doctor!
