  • Yes! Everyday! I usually have egg whites, turkey sausage and 1/4 of an avacado! I love them and they are a "superfood"!

  • All the time. I was a big avocado eater pre-op. I probably ate them almost daily. I put them on eggs, diced over soup, smushed as a condiment in mock chicken or egg salad. I probably eat about and 8t

I've eaten avacodo a couple times a week starting 3 weeks postop. Homemade guacamole was one of the first pureed foods I had. Now I Put it in salads, on sandwiches, blended into guacamole, mix it in egg salad, or just eat it plain. Usually 1/2 avacodo at a time.

All the time. I was a big avocado eater pre-op. I probably ate them almost daily. I put them on eggs, diced over soup, smushed as a condiment in mock chicken or egg salad. I probably eat about and 8th of one at a time. I then store the rest in a small tupperware container with lime juice to prevent browning.
