Protein Help

I'm 10 days post op. Having a heck of a time getting protein in. I have a mild allergy to both dairy and soy. I made myself get down the Premier Protein on the 2 week liquid pre op diet. However, my stomach was always upset and felt nauseous... It's the same way post op as well... I have a very sensitive pallet and most things gag me like the Isopure.... Any suggestions please... I have until Thursday to start mushy foods.... I'm lucky if I'm getting 40 grams of protein per day..... Please any suggestions for those who might be experiencing this as well... Oh, I've tried unflavored unjury in things too... Not happening!

Rainbow light protein energizer is both soy and dairy free...you should look it up and see what you think. Disclaimer: I have no clue what it taste like I just looked it up for you.

Since your dairy allergy is mild can you tolerate whey protein? Otherwise you may need to look to food based proteins such as nut butters, soups, beans. All can be thinned with non dairy milk products.
