Newbie story ;)

I just found this chat blog deelie and thought I should make friends with those who are doing what I'm doing lol.

I was born with premature kidneys and in April of '13 found out that they were at 10%. Tried to loose weight so I could get on the list and get off of daialys, but was a lot harder than I thought as I'm tired ALL the time. I'm only 36 years old and am a mom to two boys 16-12. Already did my 6 months with the dietition and have my date set for Jan 28. Its nice to meet all of you! :)
