  1. Don't be upset I was upset too had my run December 30th I'm 2 months post open and down 44lbs my surgeon. Asked one simple question can you remember the last time you were 44 lbs lighter? Every little bit is great don't worry you will reach your goal

  3. Hi everyone im 3 weeks post op had gastric bypass on 12/30/14 ive lost 25lbs . Spoke with my surgeon and let him know im never hungry. He told me that I need to get my protein in and I need to be down at least 30 lbs when I see him in a month . Does anyone know of a protein powder that is flavorless that I can add to everyrhing. Please help . Iknow that I have to increase my exercise and will be doing so starting today.
  4. Please someone say something inspirational im super hungry . Im 21 lbs down and I feel like im not losing the weight . Is this just in my head ? Should I be losing weight faster? I know its only day 9 and im not going to lose the weight over night. I just feel down.

  7. Hello im 6 days post op and during my first week it was all clear liquid nothing else. Sugar free help broths chicken and beef . No protein f shakes at all yet. The second week will add some cream off wheat and yogurt

  11. Don't worry that's why we're here to help each other out. I cant wait to eat chicken again I just know it went be alot but the wait well be worth it . Just picture being able to eat something and not eating a whole lot and it being good.
  12. Hello all my name is Robin my sw was 347 my before surgery weight was 341 and my cw is 333.my surgery date was December 30th I'm 4 days post opp . Not really hungry but very tired.

  14. So I had my bypass on Tuesday December 30th 2014 right before the new year. This gas its crazy. The doctor's and the nurses said after I passed gas i would be ok. Now I'm home and still have some gas. When will it go away? I'm having my chicken broth and Crystal light . Please help stomach is in knots

  17. I have found a company that your insurance will pay for the shakes it's called insure nutrition look them up on line you apply and they contact your surgeon once the surgeon says that you need them your insurance will pay for them. I believe the company they use I'd premier protein.
