Cooked Cabbage and Turkey Sausage

Made this for dinner. My wife hates cooked cabbage and chowed it all down.

Makes about 10 servings

Head of Cabbage (Cored and roughly chopped)

2 Boxes of chicken or miso broth

1 scallion chopped

1 Tablespoon of minced garlic

Turkey sausage sliced

Pepper (to taste)

Salt (use sparingly, there is a lot of salt in broth, cabbage, and sausage)

Kitchen Bouquet (to taste)

This comes out as a brothy based Soup.

I am ball parking the nutritional information:

Calories 120

Fat 4.5

Carb 13

Protein 7.5

I realize this is a little higher on the carbs, but when you are looking for a satisfying meal this might work.
