Hi! You sound exactly like me! We even have the same surgery date. I'm so excited to have come across someone starting their journey the same time as me.

You, too!

I'd love to keep in touch with you and stay updated on your progress.

I'm having bypass on the 15th, same as you.

How are you feeling? My surgery is at 10 am on Monday.

I'm so excited!!

Good luck to all of you going in for surgery! I had mine November 30 and everything is working great. My best advice based on my experience is to learn as much as you can about what is going to happen. If you understand what is going on, you are less likely to feel helpless and out of control. After all, taking control of our lives is what this is all about.

Hello all I am new here! I am also having my surgery on 12/15 and my birthday is 12/19 so we are really similar in our starts! I too have been nervous and scared. I would love to stay connected and share our journey together!

@@KylieD87 I'm doing great how are u. I'm ready for Monday.. I'm suppose to be at hospital by 7 am and surgery starts at 9 am. The information form says it is 3 hours. I completely forgot to ask how long surgery was bc I was asking about medications. My surgeon said I can still take a nsda but not every day.

@brokenangel84: I'm doing well! Tomorrow I'm on liquids, then my surgery is at 10 am on Monday. My surgeon said it should take about two hours.
