Feeling sad

So today I woke up after having a dream very emotional. Now I am thinking why did I do this to myself. When we start the solid food phase do we feel satisfied when we eat like we use to ? Eventhough we eat less ?

YES!!!! It takes some getting used to and you will have a lot left on your plate but once I was cleared for all foods I had a little taste of everything on my plate, I was full and satisfied.

I still want to eat just to taste things....surgery works on your stomach, not your head. The need to taste things has nothing to do with hunger. That is something to be worked on.

@@sofianoemi Yes you defiantly should! I know it can be hard in the beginning but you just wait and see it will be a whole different world in a couple weeks just hang In there.

Liquids is a tough stage. It will get better when you can eat normal food again.

Yes! Hang in there. Your emotions are totally normal. It gets much easier and more normal. You will love your new life!
