Restless legs

Have any of you have experienced restless leg syndrome or have it worsening since surgery. I really have a hard time falling asleep because of it after surgery. Any ideas? I understand it may be an iron deficiency?

are you taking Vitamin D? That should help. If not, there are meds that will help, but you might want to try walking more first. Good luck.

I have it occasionally. Sorry I don't know how to stop it!

I have it and I too find that being warm helps. I place an additional blanket only over my legs. Exercise does help, if I go to bed physically tired I have a better night.
