Felt nauseas all day

What a bummer house smelled amazing and I felt sick to my stomach all day. Could't really figure out why until I realized I had forgotten to take my ppi meds the last 2-3 days. UGH!!! Took meds around lunch time and was able to get a little turkey down then dumped (2nd time in a month). Today was NOT a fun day. Not enough Protein, Water, anything. Felt terrible. Worst day since surgery. Oh well, suck it up and start a new day tomorrow!
