I ate too much last night - and it hurt to be too full. Here's what I did wrong:
1. I used a normal plate. It's what too easy to think it's a small portion when it's not. salad PLATES!!
2. I used normal utensils. Best thing I've bought for myself is a beautiful stainless steel set of baby utensils. Not expensive on Amazon, and they REALLY make me take smaller bites and be reasonable.
3. I ate too fast. We were in a bit of a hurry - I could have eaten more slowly, but I was FEELING rushed, so I rushed.
Learned my lesson!! Believe me, I won't be making those mistakes again!
