Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Karla, I've just invested in a new stepometer and todays mission is a trip to the park with my very bouncy two year old. If that does get some calories off, nothing will!

Good Luck although you won't need it, you'll be fine. I was quite sore early on but the turn around was very quick and I've spent the last few days feeling fantastic. See you here soon

Finding My Feet - Hello again! I've been gone for a few days but wanted to come back and say "Well Done!" keep up the positive attidude Sounds like you've had a great recovery.

I'm sure you're extremely busy with an active two year old, so I'll give you a break on the exercise talk. Afterall, you're probably still healing from your band procedure too!

I have a good friend who's from Nottingham, in the Midlands. She lives here now, but I've enojyed learning about the UK that I'd love to visit some time.
