Sinus issues

Does anyone know what I could take over the counter for sinus issues. All do I have to crush them. I am 5 weeks post op. Emailed nut this morning but havent heard back Thanks

    Try a nasal spray. Muscinex works well but burns a little. I have a prescription for flonase.

    Depends on how bad the sinuses are. The only time saline helps me is if I use my neti pot and that's just disgusting. I really, really hate using it.

    I use a prescription nasal spray twice a day. If I need it I take claritin. Claritin has a melt on your tongue version otherwise I'd just swallow it without a problem.
