16 days out stall

Is it normal for me to already stopped losing weight it's been four days and I'm stuck I don't know what to do what are you what do you guys think I should do to help me start losing weight again I'm freaking out a little bit I didn't think this would happen so soon

I'm at the two week stall too !!! I'm guessing it just happens and will go away :)

It may be your body going into ketosis...which is a good thing. Your body is switching to burning fat for energy instead of using what you eat. Google it for more info. Keep drinking water. Some stalls/weight fluctuations may be attributed to hydration levels.
