I started out with a chewable multi vitamin. Having a heck of a time with them. Dry and almost make me gag. So a friend of mine gave me a couple powdered multi vitamin packets to try. Don't like these either. I'm pretty tolerant of things so I'm frustrated with this issue. My question is at any point in time are we allowed to take a multi vitamin in PILL form???
