So i am 6 month post op and I never took or have taken Protein shakes? I am doing very bad? My nutrionist back home just never told me anything about it but i see that every one here takes.

Im 21 years old and ive lost only about 60 lbs
ive been stall for like 2 months already. Im getting very depressed and feel this is not going anywhere. Specially because being a college student is so hard to keep up with a diet.
