Protein

So i am 6 month post op and I never took or have taken Protein shakes? I am doing very bad? My nutrionist back home just never told me anything about it but i see that every one here takes.

So i decided to buy the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury medical quality protein! I just dont know how much to take or when to take it? And with what quantity of Water?

Im 21 years old and ive lost only about 60 lbs :( ive been stall for like 2 months already. Im getting very depressed and feel this is not going anywhere. Specially because being a college student is so hard to keep up with a diet.

Can someone help me to tell me how much scoops of that powder i shall be taking and how many times a day? And also if its a good Protein Powder??

Unjury is what is recommended around here, however you are supposed to get in 50-60 grams of protien every day at least through supplements and nutrition. 60 lbs is still really good, I don't know what you have started at or what your daily routine looks like but as long as you are getting in your vitamins and protien either through diet or supplements I am sure you are doing fine.
