Chia Seed Pudding

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if chia seed pudding is allowed in pureed Stage? You can add chia seeds to any Protein shake and it will set into a pudding. I have to stay away from artificial flavors and colors (they trigger my asthma) so pudding mixes are pretty much out for me.
