I'm new to the group

Hello my name is Jennifer I am a little over 3 weeks post RNY surgery. My surgery was 10 22 2014 . I am trying to find better ways to log my foods and liquids. I find if I don't keep track I don't meet my goals. Can anyone help me set this up?

I agree! The day I started using my fitness pal was the day I started hitting my goals regularly. It is a great tool and very easy to use. Good luck and congratulations on your new journey!

I use Lose It app. It's android and OS. I can log my food, hydration and exercise. I like it. I have used my Fitness Pal too. But prefer Lose It.
