What are some good protein shakes?

I hate optifast but anything other ones I'm willing to try my surgery is in 2 months and I would love to stock up on the shakes I like

I know a good unflavoured protein brand and you can check up chemist warehouse for others. I'm in Perth so not sure where you are. But for unflavoured you add to yogurt or chicken soup etc it's called Fortis 100% whey protein bit pricey but it smells like powdered milk lol.

Totally agree! Optifast is foul! But as I need and want to do this ... And dieticians all recommend it, I have improvised! I use ice to make it almost slushy and use a straw! It definitely helps!

Hi there,

I started using Optifast but hated the taste and I just couldn't continue! So I tried celebrity slim and found it to be much nicer in taste! I also blend using ice and a straw
