    Nice job! Wish I could join a gym and hire a trainer. Since you can take advantage and use it to your advantage. Good luck and keep up the great work. Soon you will reach your goal.

    9 weeks already! Can't believe how quickly that went . Congrats on a great success!!! It's great that you got a trainer. Mind sharing what they recommend at this time? I got 1 session to get me started. I can def see how having scheduled sessions is better to get us into the gym!
