Pill Crushing?

Before having my sleeve done. I had a hard time taking pills. NOW, I have to crush my Zantac. OMG!!! Just the thought makes me gag. I HATE taking this pill 2x a day. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get this down without gagging. I mean, I know that I HAVE to take this but its horrible trying to get it down. UGH!!

I used almond butter.

I'm in the same boat, I have regular meds outside of those associated with surgery, crushing is awful , and nothing seems to be diluting the micro us taste. I've tried applesauce by maybe I am adding too many? It's overwhelming the applesauce.

Almond butter? Do you use that as a spread or something?

I don't eat peanut butter. I 1tsp of almond butter and mixed the vitamin inside. The flavor mostly masked the bitter taste of the vitamin

Tabasco sauce. It completely covers the flavor.
