@@dalmania don't worry about it. The more obvious you make it that you are not eating or not hungry the more people will notice. If you can serve yourself take a smaller plate and smaller portions,

I had my surgery 19/9. I have basically eaten alone since surgery. As I mentioned in another post I told only my husband & 2 teens. This week I am staying with my brother's family. How have others of you people managed eating so much less than a standard plate without telling about the band.?
