I use my fitness pal.. It always tells me I'm way under what I should be eating when I try to complete my entry but I can scan barcodes track food water and if u have an iPhone it tracks ur steps!

anyone have ideas of a phone app to use to remind you to drink every 5 minutes.

I owe the success of my journey to My Fitness Pal. MFP helps me track my calories, protein, water and exercise. Now that I am working on maintenance I truly believe that it will be the key to long term success.
