Surgery Tomorrow

I'm getting more and more anxious - am I really ready? Can I even do it? You know, the usual.

My husband is nervous, too -they way his experiences have taught him, hospitals are where people go to die. So he's nervous about just having the surgery.

My son is fairly oblivious - just realized this afternoon that my surgery is tomorrow. He didn't seem upset or worried at all.

We have a big family dinner on Sunday nights, so I'm cooking and will sit with while I sip my last shake. Then I need to pack a small bag for the hospital.

And calm myself! Anxiety is not pretty on me!

I can't even begin to imagine the anxiety you are feeling. I am still 45 days away from surgery and I'm already a wreck sometimes. When I get nervous I read all the success stories and look at before and after pics. Please keep us posted!

Congrats and best wishes tomorrow. How old is your son? Mine is 36 and he's oblivious to my surgery also. Pack your Gasx strips and use the pain pump.

Rhayla so sorry your husbands hospital experiences were bad it doesn't mean that anything will go wrong u will do great and u will wake up recover and show him it's a good decision I'm sure he will feel much better and relax once the procedure is over I wish the best of luck and a speedy recovery sending good thoughts and prayers your way!
