Congrats on taking the step, I was sleeved this past Monday.

Get up and walk, I felt so sore and like I had sandbags all over my body, in the bed to then I had to get up my whole body hurt. I got out of bed as much as I could and walked, but my 02 levels keep bottoming out and my heat rate jumped high. They kept me down in the bed, yes I would sneak up and sit in a chair, couldn't go anywhere with a cath in me and hooked up to IV's and O2. I ended up staying an extra night, home now and it's great.

Drink all they tell you to, and try those popcicles, to me a half one was plenty, could have one every 8 hours.

You will do great I hope, just keep walking
