  2. I'm glad you all ate doing good. I am better. Able to eat food and I've vomited twice and dumping syndrome isn't gun. Its hard getting fluids in. But it's nice I ate some steel last night. Brocoll is what makese vomit. And I love it.
  3. I am on methadone before and after surgery.
  4. I Had the sleeve Nov 6 the. I SWAlLow and there's a spot it hits and it like puts pressure on my diaphragm for ten sec or so then goes away. Makes taking liquids hard.
  5. For me it was hell. I got hiccups 3 times for 4 hours strait. Puked 3 times, I was in the hospital 4 days. I wasn't drinking anything. It hurt like hell. Each hiccup pulled do bad. They worried and eventually knocked me out for 2 days so my body could heal. Surgery was Nov 6 the. Now a couple weeks later I'm doing better bit have huge buyers remorse.
  6. Im 8 days out of surgery, I thank God I've been able to eat an over easy egg. It's gotten me through.

  8. I also was sleeved the 6th. 4 days in the hospital. Hiccups, neausea and vomiting. I got out Mon night, today I had an over easy egg. I had a hard time. The surgeon came in while I was vomiting and said take your new stomach for a spin. Good times lol. I'm OK just slight dull achy pain water no problem or yogurt, and pureed chicken for lunch. With an isopure chaser.
  9. You too. Try an over easy egg. Pam no butter. Its ok. Couldn't eat all of it, but most of it.
  10. Not getting bubbles 6 days post op. I was in the hospital 4 days. When does your stomach stop hurting like you have the flu? I aye lured chicken last night. The surgeon said eat test it out. I was on full liquids for 5 days. They had me way eggs in the hospital.

  12. My surgery is Thurs. And there's a part of me that is scared yet. Prob because I don't know what to expect for my body.
  13. Is that crushing the meds with the yogurt?
  14. Nov 6 th here. Worried about being able to take my meds, but I have to put it in Gods hands. I'm HIV positive, and the HIV meds are rather large. I can't crush them. And I have to take them. I'm praying I'll be OK. And ask for any thoughts, or ideas. Or if anyone else is worried about taking meds.
  15. im scheduled for Nov 6th. only thing that worries me is taking my medication. I take a couple good size pills, and worried I wont be able to take them.
  16. I have a similar question. will I be able to take my meds? some are the size of a large narco pill. or hydrocodone. help that is what is worring me
  17. I take meds some the size of a little bigger than narco pills. Will I be able to take them?
