Help please

I am almost 2 months post op. I have been back at work for two weeks but for some reason I don't have enough energy to work out after work. Did anyone else had this experience and if so how did you get past it?

I took off work 8 weeks because for the first 6 weeks I did not feel like lifting heavy boxes, loading and unloading trucks. I did not feel like I could keep up with the fast pace. At 8 weeks I felt great and still do 13 weeks out. No problems at work at all.
