  1. I am now 6 months out an lost 120lb which I am very happy about. But my hunger is starting to creep up on me again. I am a massage therapist so I move a lot but I am hungry after every massage. I eat a ok amount of protein but should I up it since I never stop moving?

  3. I am now almost 5 months out an work out sometimes twice a day. I have gained 2 pounds should I start to worry?
  4. I have no issues digesting a salad. It's funny I actually had a doctors appointment today and he told me as long as it does not bother me then I am fine. I normally pack my salad with a lot of chicken and beans to boost my protein and add protein powder to my dressing to ensure that I'm getting all of my protein in for the day
  5. I am now three months out and starting to have cravings again. Just wondering has anyone else had a crazy craving for salad
  6. Today is my birthday an I have passed my goal for how much I wanted to loose by now. before an resent not going to say after because I am not done yet lol
  7. I am almost 2 months post op. I have been back at work for two weeks but for some reason I don't have enough energy to work out after work. Did anyone else had this experience and if so how did you get past it?

  9. I just started my soft food so a lot of yogurt, fish, an sometimes backed chicken. An I found some shakes that I could make to make protein easier to get in
  10. One a day women's gummy as my multivitamin an my calcium is a caramel gummy b1 an b12 that is what my doctor has me on. I take a stool softener
  11. I would talk to my doc I didn't have to take a blood thinner. But I had Isopure it's does not taste the best but I got all my protein in.
  12. I am five weeks out and finally starting soft foods. But I can only take in 3 ounces of food per meal which is normally my protein. Did anyone else have that or should I be worried?
  13. How long after surgery should you wait to have an alcoholic beverage?
  14. I am as well I have been at 47lb for almost 2weeks I just walk a extra mile a day an try to be patient

  16. Thank you an no I am not complaining I an extremely happy with my weight loss just was not sure if the stall next as normal.
  17. As of today I am 3 weeks out of surgery an 47lb down since my post-op appt. I am starting to realize that I am not loosing weight like I was is that normal?
  18. Thank you for all the help. I don't feel full but if I take in to much my mid back starts to bother me so I stop then once I walk I am fine I am not sure if anyone else had that
  19. I got sleeved on the 9th an it sounds like there is gas still in there. Did anyone else have that issue? An how do u know when u are full?
  20. Going well all I can suggest is to walk a good amount an never let pain nausea/pain go above 3.
  21. I finally have reached my surgery day so at 9:00. Just not sure if I have everything if anyone has ideas please share
