Can someone do my

Math work for me? I can't get protein fat and carbs to add up to 100%. I deleted the app to see if I can start fresh. All my dietician/nut said was to get the 60g protein in. She was not concerned about carbs and fat. I am 8 weeks post op. I will gladly just copy your numbers to plunk into mine just so I can get going. I know it will keep me motivated..why I am typing this while on exercise bike after a bad foamy moment from eating too fast! Thanks for any help!!'

It won't add up to 100%. You set it up according to your needs and lifestyle. I know from past history that I do better with low carbs and when those carbs I do take in are complex carbs like vegetable and whole grains as opposed to simple carbs like white rice, Pasta and bread. I had problems with swollen feet in the past so I watch my sodium and try to keep it under 2,000.

My nutritionist has said 600 -800 calories and at least 60 grams of protein.

I try to keep my carbs around 45 and under and I try and keep my sugar under 30.

If you're unsure you can ask your nutritionist to clarify at your next follow up.

Auntjanny,

What I did, and it seems to work, is use the percentage of 40 Protein, 40 carbs, and 20 fat. If you exercise on a regular basis, this should give you enough protein to build and enough carbs to burn. This was a suggestion from my doc and my nutritionist....hope this helps!! Wish you the best!!

Btw, I am BryBro63 on MyFitnessPal if anyone wants to add me...email is BryBro@optonline.net
