2 weeks post op. I think I pushed it.

I was busy around the house and time got away from me. I missed eating and drinking most of the day and most likely pushed it physically helping around the house. Yeah I just feel really tired, achy and just feel like shit.

I did that in the first few months. I had a sudden surge of energy and started doing things and didn't pay attention to getting my Water in. PLEASE let this be a learning experience.

Dehydration can be deadly. You're not that far out from surgery so give your body the kindness it deserves.

Kathleen is right... Get the water in and if u start to feel crappy or sad or irritated in the future, grab a water!! Energy comes in spurts. I was bored the first two weeks and then learned it was going to be easier and faster if I took it easy. Drink walk and read this forum!!
