Probably depends on your doctor. My blood work is 9 vials every three months. I know they are checking Vitamin level for deficiencies as well as hormone levels, thyroid panel, and......................well that's all I can think of.

Along with blood work there is the upper GI, sleep study, endoscopy, Nut visit x2, cardio, and shrink clearance.

This is just the very last of the last before I start my liquid diet. This is the pre op testing and not the pre insurance testing. I'm less than 2 weeks out from my surgery date. Saturday I will start my 10 day liquid diet. I was just curious even though it's less than 12 hrs away for my spot and I will find out everything then :).

I did my preop testing yesterday. They collected about 9 or 10 vials of blood. Performed an EKG, barium swallow test, pulmonary function test, X rays and abdominal ultrasound.
