  5. @@moyebrady unfortunately I was on my cycle when I had my Rny. The nurses were great. It really wasn't a big deal. You'll do just fine.

  13. Heating pad, gas x, and biotene. Make sure you have plenty of SF Popsicles at home

  15. Surgery 11/20 I have no appetite at all. Food is just doesn't interest me at all. I manage to drink just fine so I get my protein in. But I'm forcing myself to eat maybe 2oz a day.
  16. I drink 3 premier protein shakes a day. 30 grams per shake only 11 oz each gives me 90 per day.
  17. Scale hasn't budged in a week! Urgh! I know this is my first stall but darn it sucks.
  18. I'm an ER nurse and I only took 2 weeks off. Everyone heals different and every pouch tolerates things differently.
  19. You can get them at Sears, amazon and some health food stores. A boutique near my doc's office sells them.
  20. My doc prescribed chewable and sublingual forms. So it was not a problem.
  21. 33 sw 272 back to work in 2.5 weeks as a ER nurse with the exception of no lifting greater than 10lbs. 12hr shifts are so exhausting.
  22. Delicious especially with humus.
  23. I use these. They taste good and since they are made of cheese they melt in your mouth after chewing a little. They were approved by my dr. for puree phase
