If I remember correctly, I think my NUT said over 20-25 grams in a serving is a waste. You won't digest the rest.

I am doing my 3 month supervised diet right now for gastric bypass surgery. I was wondering if anyone has or is doing protein shakes prior to surgery. If so, what is a recommended amount of protein for 1 serving? Any help would be appreciated.
