3rd Weigh-in Today

I was concerned that I had gained weight.... my concerns was correct....I had gained two pounds....my nutritionist told me not to worry about the two pounds that I gained....that it could have been a lot more....when we went through my list of foods....I was told to stop eating fruits because even though I get the can fruit with no sugar added....the fruit itself have natural sugar....I was also told to leave brown rice and wheat bread alone....one of my girlfriend had told me about brown rice and the wheat bread....she eats it and have had the gastric bypass for years....and still look good....but I see those are a no no for me....I explained to my nutritionist that I am hungry every 2 to 3 hours....I thought I wasn't eating enough....but to my surprised she said that is normal.....she told me to mix half water and half orange juice plus a 1/2 teaspoon of Metamucil....drank it between meals and this should stop the hungry feelings.....everything else looks good....I was just disappointed that I had gain weight versus maintaining my weight.....my nutritionist assured me this will not harm my claim to BCBS....
