The 75 pound Slump

Since I hit my 75 pound weight loss mark in May of 2014 my weight loss has been at a stand still. This summer I joined a gym to help me lose weight and even got a personal trainer once a week. Now I bounce back and forth between the same 5 pounds.

Lose 5 pounds, gain it back.

Lose 5 pounds, gain it back.

I am at 6.25 cc's and cannot eat solid foods comfortably until dinner. I know my non-weight loss is because I am not "scared" of the band anymore. I have begun eating my lap band portion and then waiting 30 minutes or so and going back for the rest. Bad, bad, bad.

I do not drink soda. I exercise for at least 30 minutes 4x week. I drink at least 1000ml of Water a day. I eat between 1200-2000 calories per day.

Tips? Ideas? Words of encouragement?

Very frustrated because I know I do NOT need a fill and that it is completely my fault.

I dont know , sounds like you're doing everything right . Maybe a thyroid check ? Dont give up, you're on the right track, just stay off the scale for awhile. Good luck !

I have been playing with the same 10 lbs for months. but as I evaluate everyday I can see where I can make improvements, either in physical exercise or diet.
