I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask about this topic, but I could really use some help right now. I'm looking for a protein powder or pre-made that contains 30 g of protein per serving. I did find that Premier has the 30 g per serving but I have not tried it.... Anyone have any opinions on that certain brand? Does it taste good? Right now I use one from GNC but in order to get my recommended intake per my physician, I'd have to drink 3 shakes a day, and I have a hard time just doing the two, especially since I just started them back into my diet yesterday.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
