That is fantastic. I had mine on 10/8 and I'm still having trouble getting water down.

hi jab315,

You're doing great. Some folks have a harder time getting Water down the first day. For you to be having Protein shakes at the end of Day 2 is quite the accomplishment! Keep up the positive spirit and you'll be just fine. Best of luck!

I had my sleeve 10/14 also. Had to take VERY small sips at first. I could feel it going down and then like a big gas bubble coming back up. Easier to drink now and yesterday I got in all my Protein and Water. Having a hard time getting in 30 minutes of purposeful activity - just feel week and a little light headed..... Keep up the good work!

This is normal, i went grocery shopping on day 4 and after pushing that basket around i was a little fatigued and sore.

e was 14th also, like you, feel better than expected. Walks were up to 1 1/2 hrs per day yesterday. Even had 4 gushy crackers in broth today.

Trying to ween off pain meds, don't really hurt, just......different. Hard to explain....

Had some clear broth yesterday, 6 spoonful maybe tasted great not digestive problems. I just get tired very quickly. I went into work this morning , did some paperwork, few emails. I need a nap. .LOL I got to say been a great experience for me so far . I wish very one else a lot of love and luck .

I had mine on the 14th I was doing great until today I feel more sore and a little sick to my stomach. I tried a Protein shake but its just not going down right. I have walked a little but no longer then 20 mimutes.
