I discovered millies Savory Teas right after surgery. They are 19 calories each. I love the Tortilla Soup and Indian Spice flavors. Check them out!

I am scheduled for the 27th of Oct, also and right now I am doing the 2 week liquid diet, I am struggling with it, because I am hungry, I like you was told the Protein drinks, broths, sugar free Jello, sugar free drinks, Water, caffeine free tea, I want some more to eat, I am really hungry, I did get some Soups from the bariatric center, they are very expensive so didn't get many, I hope people may have some more ideas, I don't want to mess up, Keep in touch, it would be good to see how each one of us is doing, I am in Maine, I am having a lapband removed and having a gastric bypass, Would love to hear from you ,Donna, Email me if you would like and anyone else would be welcome too, Mammysm@aol.com
