After slacking for the past year and regaining 15 lbs I'm back on the weight loss wagon. I'm eating about 1000 cal per day and huvering around 65-70 grams of protien per day. Any thoughts? Oh and I'm down 9 lbs since starting back in 4 weeks ago. This is a never ending battle for me.
Thanks everyone!
