I was wondering if anyone has had VSG with Dr.Almanza in TJ Mexico?....

James, I did alot of research on the doctors down in TJ.... and although all of them are very competent and skilled surgeons, I read more negative comments about Dr. Almanza than all the other surgeons put together. I narrowed my search down to Dr. Lopez, Dr. Osuna, and Dr. Venezuela....... and finally chose Dr. Osuna because she was available when I wanted to go have it done. Agree with packerfan, I have also narrowed it down to the same doctors. Coincidentally, I sent my health form in yesterday and waiting on approval. Almanza, had a lot of negative reviews. Scared me away....good luck!

I too have heard some negative things about Almanza. When there are so many positive things about other great surgeons here on these forums, why take a risk on one with so many negative reviews/comments?
