6+ Months Out.... Average Weight Loss?

Just wondering how much everyone is averaging for weight loss each month if you are at least 6 months out from surgery? I seem to be averaging about 7 pounds of weight loss each month. Its been pretty steady for several months now.

      I'm not really sure. Mine has picked up speed. I've lost almost 30 lbs since the end of July for a total of 90 in six months.

    I'm 13 months out...my average is now about 5 pounds a month and as I get closer to goal I imagine I should consider myself lucky if I lose that!
