lifting

h i everyone i was wondering if after your surgery if you can still lift things..my job requires me to lift 50 lbs. will this be a problem for me?

I was not allowed to lift anything more than 15# for at least 4 weeks! Some are even more restricted than that! Definitely need to discuss this with your surgeon...maybe there are precautions you can take, wear a support device or something like that. But don't take risks!
