Keep walking. When you are sitting, use a rocking chair or glider and rock. Cross your arms in front of your tummy and lean forward and back as you rock back and forth to get even more motion involved

I had my Sleeve done on Oct 1, 2014 and I have been trying to drink my liquids but it hurts. I am not sure if it is spasms or what. I am trying to get liquids in but I am struggling. I am a bit shaky as well because I feel my body is in starvation mode or something. I have 3 different Gas X products and none of them are working. I am walking and still little relief. Can I get any advice?
