Listen to your body. If it hurts to lay on your stomach, then don't try to sleep that way. There is no set date as far as I know. When your body allows it, then you should be safe.

There was no way I could lay on my stomach for the first week. I actually had a body pillow that I rested my stomach on so it didn't feel like it was pulling.

When you feel like it's comfortable, go ahead and try it ????

When you are able to lay on your stomach. I had a drain for 10 days. No stomach sleeping for me until it was out.
