Average daily calorie intake?

What's everyone averaging for calories these days? I'm 2 weeks post op and struggle to hit an average of 400. I'm able to 2 Premier shakes with 60 g protein daily. I'm wondering if I should be concerned? I'm doing 2 miles of walking per day too. I don't feel tired or drained.

At two weeks out you shouldn't worry about calories or protein. Water should be your main concern. Per my Doc your body can handle a month without hitting the protein goals.

I have been working hard to get my calories up, since I had to start exercising again. The nutritionist wanted me doing 60-90 minutes of "brisk walking" starting 3 weeks out and at that point I was lucky to be getting 600 calories a day. Now that I'm a month out and on soft foods, it's been WAY easier and I can consistently get about 850 calories per day. I think I'm pretty content sitting at 850 until I can increase my exercise intensity next month. I'm not supposed to increase my intensity above brisk walking until two moths post-op.
